Kickstart your year by taking control of your health!
This January, we’re hosting two must-attend charity health talks—one on Men’s Health, the other on Osteoporosis. Each session is packed with expert insights, practical tips, and answers to your questions, giving you the tools to stay strong, healthy, and informed.
Don’t miss this chance to invest in your wellbeing—and support a great cause at the same time!
How to Prevent and Manage Osteoporosis
Are your bones strong enough?
Did you know that 1 in 2 women and 1 in 5 men over 50 will break a bone due to osteoporosis in their lifetime? The condition is often silent until a fracture occurs.
This informative session will explore how to maintain your bone health and reduce fracture risk. This is important for people in their forties & fifties, not just their eighties!
