Shoulder Rehab ClassTuesdays 5:15pm - 6:15pm
With Shoulder expert Jo Rogers Chartered Physiotherapist and Jamie Turpin Personal Trainer
This class will introduce you to the benefits of the very latest concepts in Shoulder injury rehabilitation and injury prevention.
A must for anyone with old or new shoulder problems or those of you that want to help prevent the onset of tennis elbow, golfers elbow and shoulder pain.

Balance and Mobility ClassTuesdays 10:30am - 11:30 am AND Fridays 10:40am - 11:40am (few spaces remaining)
This class is ideal to get you moving pre or post knee or hip operations. Also great for Falls Prevention.
It is also great exercise designed to help improve your walking confidence and reduce the risk of falls. This will help maintain your independence and enjoyment of day to day life around your home, garden and about town.

Knee & Lower Leg Rehab ClassTuesdays 4:00pm - 5:00pm (for OA, ACL, PCL, Cartilage, general knee pain)
This class is great for you if you need to rehab or prehab your knee after or in preparation for surgery, such as knee replacement, cruciate ligament repair or arthroscopy. Also suitable for Hip and Ankle rehab, as a progression from our Hip and Balance class.
This class is particularly good for those of you with knee and lower limb injuries which are increasingly being treated non surgically by orthopaedic consultants.
