Groin pain can come from several different areas, such as strain or inflammation of the groin muscles, hip joint problems, low back / pelvic pain referral, inguinal hernia, sportsmans or Gilmores groin, bursitis.
Some of these injuries, self help may be sufficient to regain full recovery.
