These classes offer safe workouts led by our Sports Rehabilitator and Nutritionist Hannah. Tailored to each individual with levels to suit ALL AGES AND ABILITIES. Hannah will also give nutritional tips and advice to help you structure your diet to suit your lifestyle. A great all round workout for men and women.

Face to face Exercise classesOur face-to-face classes for back, knee and hip, Rehab and Pilates classes are up and running again. In compliance with the latest government restrictions we are limiting the numbers to 5 people per class plus the instructor.

We are able to see patients face to face for physiotherapy, subsequent to a FOC phone triage call, so long as it’s in your best interest.
All our clinicians will be wearing PPE as advised by Public Health England.
For patients that are vulnerable , shielding, or just simply prefer it, we still offer online remote consultations and daily online zoom Pilates classes.

Tuesdays 10:30am - 11:30 am AND Fridays 10:40am - 11:40am (few spaces remaining)
This class is ideal to get you moving pre or post knee or hip operations. Also great for Falls Prevention.
It is also great exercise designed to help improve your walking confidence and reduce the risk of falls. This will help maintain your independence and enjoyment of day to day life around your home, garden and about town.
